Do you list houses on the MLS or actually buy them?
We are direct buyers, not real estate agents seeking to list your house for a commission. With us, there’s no waiting around for a buyer to give you their price, weeks or months after listing. We’ll let you know right away what we will pay you and when we can close… you’ll tell us when it’s convenient for you to move out. Our process is transparent, simple and convenient for you.
How long will it take to get my offer?
The process is quick and generally takes no more than a day or two. The time between submitting and receiving your offer, we’ll be doing some diligence to learn more about your property in order to make the most logical offer possible.
Who generally sells their home to Logic Offer?
People that want to sell their home at a solid price and want a simple and fast process. On top of that, our sellers appreciate that they don’t have to worry about us getting qualified for financing since we buy directly. We’re generally a good fit for any serious seller.

How is your offer price determined?
First, we take a look at what other comparable homes in the area are selling for. We will then take into consideration the condition of the house and the cost of repairs. We will come up with an offer that is fair, giving you a solution to your situation in a short amount of time. Each offer we make is unique, we do not make low-ball offers.
What's the most you will pay for a home?
There is no maximum or minimum. We specialize in buying homes up to $1,000,000 and we’re open to working outside of that range.
Are there costs associated with working together?
No. One of the benefits of selling to us is not having to pay huge fees and commissions. You also get to avoid the expenses of repairing and/or cleaning your house because we buy as-is, making the process easy for you.
How does Logic Offer differ from other professional home buyers?
We offer options. We are not like the realtor down the street. We understand that one method of selling isn’t applicable to all homeowners. We know the Colorado real estate market and the need to give people faster ways to sell their property.

We do not charge commissions or fees like the traditional route of real estate sales. We make our money after we buy houses and repair and/or flip them.

How are you different from real estate agents?

There is absolutely NO OBLIGATION or COST to you when you get an offer, nor will you be hassled or bothered about the sale. We have your best interest at heart and want you to make the decision that is right for you. We’ll be here to answer questions about our process, but the decision to move forward is up to you, without being pressured. No matter what decision you make, we’ll support you.
