Logic Offer is a Denver based real estate investment firm and we advertise to find people who want to lease option our houses. Our marketing generates a lot of interest and we generally find a lot more buyers than we have houses to sell. In an effort to find ways to help these folks find a home in the area, we’ve been contacting homeowners and landlords like yourself who may have a property they want to rent, or sale.

Our buyers want to live in the area, however, they don’t currently qualify for a mortgage–but they are working on it. As such, these buyers are interested in leasing a home with the option to buy, or “Renting To Own.” They can afford the monthly payment and expect to qualify to purchase within 1 or 2 years. They will also pay full market value for your house and full market rent during the lease.

In addition to paying full market value, these buyers tend to take care of the property better than a normal tenant because they see it as their property. For you, this means that you won’t have to worry about maintenance, which is one of the biggest headaches that landlords have to deal with.

By the way, none of this costs you a dime. we’re paid by the buyer.

As far as price goes…It doesn’t really matter to us how much you want for it, but if it’s put much over market value, it will reduce buyer interest in your property. There is no reason we shouldn’t be able to get you full market value or maybe a little more because of the way we are selling it. Our buyers are motivated.
